Shipping Policy – Alps Gifts and Apparel

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales, or special events), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Delays

Alps Gifts and Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Events outside of our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Alps Gifts and Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at wholesale@alpspharmacy.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
