Return Policy

Your item cannot be refunded after 10 days from the delivery date. The shipping label is purchased at the buyers expense. All returns have to be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from the delivery date. The return will not be accepted with any damage, markings, odor, or without tags. Cannot be washed before returned.

We currently only ship in the U.S. Any shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We cannot put items on hold under any circumstances. If you decide to cancel your order, you must cancel it within one hour of purchase.

Once the package is scanned by the mail carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The tracking information for your order will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package happens to be lost, a claim will be filed and only store credit will be issued.
